Redigo enables Passengers to order a vehicle through our App. It serves as one of the most comfortable means of transportation, as it provides door-to-door services. Moreover, while hailing a ride, information of the passenger and drivers is exchanged, making this service safer than traditional taxi services.
The Application has three (3) platform to deliver Goods from one point to the other. We have the delivery bikes, vans/Trucks and Errand Guys that are reliable once you download the App.
We provide on-demand taxi System from one point to the other, we have different ranges of cars, bikes and tricycles on our taxi system/platform.
We provides a dynamic and fixed transparent pricing system for taxi and delivery system respectively. We do not have any daily, weekly or monthly fees, you only pay for finished trips. We ask for 10% - 15% as commission.
Redigo miles is our way of rewarding our loyal customer on every trip, there is a certain percentage of point which will be calculated and turn to free rides for the customers and bonus to the drivers.
You can download our App in very few easy steps. After you sign-up, your vehicle will be inspected and then added to our platform. The App provides drivers and Customers with in-app calls and chats so as to communicate with each other during a ride. Our in-app call or chat does not requires airtime. We accept e-wallet, cash and card payment on our App. Also recharge card are available for App users. We verify both drivers and client as both parties are important to us. We carry out basic background check as required by the law to ensure we verify identities of both owners and clients/customers. The App provides accurate locations of both drivers and clients.
